The poster session will be held from September 12 to September 15 at the First Floor Lobby of the Hotel. The posters could
be put up from 10am on September 12 and should be removed by 7pm on September 15.
Poster display guide
1. Posters must be oriented vertically, and fit within a display area of W900mmxH1500mm.
2. Font size is recommended from 18 to 20 so that it can be easily read from 2 meters away.
3. Posters should be self-explanatory.
4. Materials for setting-up the posters such as scotch tape will be provided at the venue.
